- Why not spend the entire weekend or even longer celebrating with your guests in a tropical or exotic location? Your guests will be thanking you for giving them an "excuse for a vacation".
- There is less planning involved with destination weddings. If you're lucky enough to do a "pre-wedding trip" or have selected a destination and resort you've already visited - this will give you a head start on picking the location and/or meeting with the coordinator ahead of time; if not - don't fret! Many of the details are planned out via phone and/or email with the on-site coordinator. Most couples arrive at the destination 3-4 days before (required in some countries). You'll be able to put the finishing touches on your special day and still have time to lay by the pool or go snorkeling before your guests arrive!
- Destination Weddings don't have to be on the weekend. You're in Paradise where day and time is unimportant - any day will work. Some resorts and wedding sites offer discounts for weekday weddings. Friday and Saturday are still the most popular days for destination weddings, especially when guests are limited to a long weekend. Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursday weddings can also work well when guests are traveling for a three to four-night stay.
- What could be more romantic than saying "I Do" on the beach, in a tropical garden, on a cliff overlooking the ocean, or in an open air chapel?

- We will consult with you to help you decide if a Destination Wedding is right for you. There are several aspects to consider that we will discuss in the initial consultation.
- If you haven't already decided on the destination, we will help you select the perfect location for your special event and go over the legal requirements for the one you select.
- We will refer you to a professional on-site wedding planners - either an outside coordinator that works at many locations or a coordinator that works directly at the resort you've selected. Over the past ten years, we have worked with some of the best wedding planners available throughout The Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii and Costa Rica. They will handle every detail for you!
- We can offer suggestions on Save-The-Date announcements and invitations.
- We can also suggest the best FREE wedding websites so you can "Tell Your Story" to your guests, provide an online guestbook and let them know about events involving your Special Day!
- OUR MOST IMPORTANT ROLE is to assist couples and their guests in making their travel arrangements. Your Save-The-Date announcements will include our contact information. Once you've sent these out, we will take it from there and work with them individually to customize their travel. We can also arrange and confirm a group reservation. There are several factors to consider which is the best way to handle this. This will allow you to concentrate on the details of your wedding with the help of your on-site coordinator.
